The gal at the drive thru was great.. she was great and got our order right.. the food was hot and pretty dang yummy... only... down side is she forgot our hot sauce... but it was ok, I went to the gas station and got hot sauce packets! Lol Read more

Stopped by today for a dine in experience and it was absolutely terrible. There were 3 employees sitting on the floor taking a... break and they all were on there devices with the volume up rather then using their ear buds. As I sat and tried to enjoy mylunch various customers have come in and asked to place their order only to be told they need to use the kiosk which os fine forsome but not for all... very poor customer service. This isn't the first time I've seen this here, used to be Wendy's was theworst service in Herriman but they fixed their issues, time for these folks to fix theirs. The service is great, these customer service reps try their very best under the circumstances so no blame at all. I think what's... difficult though is that the lines really are for freaking ever no matter what day or time of day. So you end up waitingsometimes for 45 minutes in line and that's just not quick enough I think for a drive-thru. So Taco Bell whatever you need to doto incentivize and hire with higher wages and give reasons to everyone you have on staff do it so that things can move morequickly. They deserve it. Read more
Stopped in because the kids love the beefy 5 layer burrito. Instead we watched this train wreck of a manager yell at the... employees in the back and then take 2 of them into the dining area (where several families were present) to very loudly scoldthem for their unsanitary behavior and personal hygiene. Just, gross. Aside from this incident, its pretty to clear to meanyway that the employees (lets be honest here, most are just kids) need training and probably some basic expectations laid outfor them. I've seen some conversations take place when customers order their food, that are just comical. It's the silly thingsfrom the person taking the order like telling the customer to look at the picture of the item to see if it has tomatoes. Orstaring at the overhead menu because the employee literally doesn't know what the person just ordered. And I don't mean glanceat it, I mean a full 60 seconds of glazed over teenage confusion. Been here Several Times had a few good experiences but they keep getting rid of the Most Popular Items like the Mountain Dew... Orange Kickstarter and and they replace them with wierd new menu items that don't even look like food and I notice that the TacoBell employees don't even look like they know what they are doing, I ordered the Toaster Chedder Chalupa it looks way differentthan the Advertisement and it taste wayyy too crunchy doesn't even taste like food. I come to this location every few weeks and I have never had issues? until now. I ordered a steak quesadilla.. and I got a... quesadilla with barely anything on it. I also got a bean and cheese burrito that didn?t have beans. Very disappointed tonight.Not sure if I?ll come back to this location. Read more
This Tacobell is usually pretty busy. Not a terrible idea to order ahead. Crew is usually having a taco tastic day. They are... usually pretty accurate and they are pretty speedy even with the amount of traffic they do. This is my go to Tacobell in theHerriman area. Read more
