I don?t even know why I keep coming back here. Convenient and close to my house. This is the 2nd time they got my order wrong. ... How can you screw up an order when I?t only ordered 3 Sausage Egg McMuffin sandwich meals? Orders through the drive and whenI got home they gave me 2 Biscuit with sausage with no egg. They did not give me 3 of the sandwiches I ordered (over 50$ bill) one of the sandwiches i did get was the incorrect one, on... top of that, other sandwiches have this tiny piece of cheese on it. Don't recommend coming here, expect your order to havemissing items, incorrect Items and lose out on money. Read more
I placed 2 orders. At the window they told me to pull forward and they will bring me my food. Not only did the cheeseburgers... have some cold spots, but they forgot to bring me my 2nd order. I waited 15 min even after explaining it to someone and ended upsending my husband in to get it. Will not go to this location again. Read more
With limited breakfast options where I live sometimes I come to this McDonald's and they never fail to disappoint. The pancakes... are still frozen hash brown was raw and the eggs and sausage where old. Also ordered a couple of breakfast burritos one was hardand crusty and the other cold. I don't understand why is it so hard for this McDonald to get it right. Read more
Two nights in a row these guys have given me sandwiches with absolutely nothing on them. Last night they gave me 2 big macs... without any mac sauce. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering a big mac. I got ripped off considering how expensive McDonald'sis now. Tonight I got two spicy chickens with no lettuce or mayo. Don't stop by here. Read more
Aren't you supposed to be 24hours? You're always closed 2am-330am. If you don't want to work or be open during those hours, then... kindly update your official store times to match. That way customers won't waste their time driving there after their graveyardshift looking for dinner.???? Note: Not the first time I've got here to see this. I understand that when the delivery truck ishere you have to close to get stuff done. However in the past few days, 3 times I've been coming here for after-work dinner andboth sides of the Drive-Thru were closed with no delivery truck in sight. Whatcha guys up to? Sleeping? Read more
Come here pretty often and usually everything is okay no problems , maybe the occasional wrong order or something and i usually... go back and they fix it no questions asked . Well today i felt the need to post how nasty and un eatable this burger was . Isimply asked for extra onion and extra ketchup thinking they would put an extra squirt of ketchup and sprinkle on few extraonions . Well this is what i got . Pretty sure this was done on purpose as i can?t imagine it was done any other way . Takeanother 1 star review so hopefully management can better sort these issues in the future. Read more
This is the only McDonald's I have visited that doesn't overcook its burgers. For that reason alone, it is superior to other... McDonald's, even though it doesn't always get the condiments on the inside of the bun. Try a Quarter Pounder with lettuce,tomatoes, extra onions, mayo, and no mustard. I think that burger is as good at this location as any sit down restaurant. ThePlayPlace almost always has other kids, but no birthday cakes or root beer. Read more
