Excellent Italian fare and one of the best veal chops I've had. Started with a mixed sampler of sausage, calamari, and... mozzarella over tomato. Went on to the chop and thoroughly enjoyed the cut. Perfectly cooked with a delicious reductionaccompanying it. The red cream sauce and linguine alongside was perfect. Tiramisu with grappa to close was perfect. I lookforward to visiting again. Da Domenico was my favorite restaurant for years. I always went for the Veal Chop. I came here recently in hopes I would get the... same thing. I was pretty disappointed. The Service and Ambiance we're excellent. Very attentive and great Italian vibe. Howeverthe food left a lot to be desired. The Lobster Bisque was ok. Most important the Veal Chop was sub par. It was cooked perfectlybut covered in a brown sauce that was pretty flavorless. The side of Vegetables was tiny. For an $80 dish I expect more. Mywife's pastas presentation was 10/10 but again the flavor was not great. If you are looking for great food there are betteroptions at this or even a much lower price point. Read more

Such a nice Italian place! Hidden in Herndon, had no idea this 5 star restaurant was right here! Loves the service, the staff... super professional, attentive and helpful! We got two apps, two courses and didn’t feel over-stuffed! The pasta sauce isexcellent, the flavors are just right! I had yummy sea bass, with veggies and a small side of pasta, so good! This restaurant had a nice intimate setting. The greeting upon entry wasn't necessarily the greatest, but the host was still... polite. My friend and I enjoyed our drinks, but our server never asked if we wanted more. Our food too quite a while to comeout. The shrimp and snail appetizers tasted pretty good. As far as our meals my friend enjoyed her lobster dish, but I wasn'ttoo fond of the salmon. The peppercorn threw me off from the taste a little, and the sauce it was dressed in was a little salty.I'd be willing to try other dishes based on reviews, especially a pasta dish. The service was ok but our server would disappearfor long periods. It was a little full in the restaurant so we let it slide, it just would've been nice to check in and let usknow our food would take a while and see if we wanted more drinks in the meantime. I am extremely glad that I found this gem! Riding around on my motorcycle one day I drove by and noticed this little spot close... to my house. I brought my girlfriend here tonight without having any expectations. As soon as we walked in, we were greetedwarmly and felt very welcome. The entire staff were like a very attentive during the entire dining experience! I drink a lot ofwater and not once did I have to pour my own glass. Every time my glass or my girlfriend’s was almost empty someone from thestaff was there to fill it up even though they got busy the entire team was on top of everything! We ordered the friedmozzarella for appetizer and the tomato marinara it comes with, was so fresh! I think it’s made in house and that was a greatsign that this place does not cut corners. Our waiter (Whose name I wish I remembered) recommended the veal chop and OMG it wasthe BEST veal chop I’ve ever had! Washed it down with a glass of Chianti red wine and the combination was just heavenly. Fordessert we had a shot of fresh espresso and the vanilla and chocolate gelati, it was the perfect ending to the perfect diningexperience. Needless to say, we will absolutely be returning!
