I always order tuna sub from other locations and it has been very consistent in quality. Today I visited this location and the... tuna they gave is extremely small amount and it was like a tuna soup. I will never never go back to this location ever again. Read more
Please get your staff interviewed for mannerism. They shouldn't treat customers with arrogance, definitely not selectively based... on skin color. I don't recall her name but this lady is fair skinned, short and pulpy - if you want to take any correctiveaction. There are so many well mannered and good looking people out there with no jobs. Dont recommend anyone eat here!!!Not allowed to get what you want and if it's not right they deffinetly dont make it right like... there recepit says I just wanted a black forest ham sandwich toasted with cheese on it and your not allowed to get anything elseon it except pickle but you have to tell them first they dont ask you. And I asked for lettuce and pickles I said I'd pay extrawhich I did pay extra for it but they said they couldnt put it on the sandwich they put it in a separate bag for me to do it.And I couldnt ask for mayo cause that would've had to go in the separate bag too... Just had a bad experience. Ordered a Veggie Delight (Foot Long). A Chinese/Asian lady waited on me. I have never see someone so... distracted. She looked the other way at someone else the entire time while she was working on my order. There were only threecustomers in line. And then, the stuff she added to the sub was almost next to nothing. I am back in my office and each bite isbasically bread and a little of something else. I will not go back to this Subway again.
