So, this place is great to pick up from. However, they rely on Doordarsh largely for deliveries. I've had ~5 deliveries and 3... of which are doordash drivers. Of the doordash drivers, I've had one driver claim not to find me and sail into the sunset. Onedriver claim not to find me and leave pizza somewhere in one of the 12 distinctly numbered buildings and take a Pic. And mostrecently one who dropped my kid's chicken dinner and offer us cash in exchange. All of these I've left 20-30% tips on $60+meals. We are 7 minutes away. Each time the store sends out a real driver with our food promptly. But there is no way totransfer the tip, leave feedback on drivers, or opt out of the worst imaginable drivers. I just want the driver who fixes theproblem to get the tip. Even better, be able to choose an actual papa johns driver. Read more
WHAT HAPPENED TO PAPA JOHNS. This used to be my favorite pizza. The sauce was sweet and plentiful and the pizza was fresh and... cheesy. My recent experience taste like mop water. I will never ever eat here again. They've gone down hill and need a revamp. Read more
Ordered pizza at 7:15 and has not arrived yet at 8:45! Don't order from the Herndon, VA location on Eldon, they can't keep up or... don"t have enough drivers. Read more
Pizza was delivered with the butter/garlic sauce open and covering half the bottom of the pizza which was gross. Called the... store and a person by the name of George said he would refund my money but that I would need to come pick up a new pizza. Thislocation previously was had consistant greak quality but its been hit or miss for a while and this is just one example. Findanother location or risk inconsistant quality. Read more
I ordered a stuffed crust extra cheesy Alfredo sauce large pizza and they barely put any Alfredo sauce in the pizza. There was... so little sauce that the center (tips of the pizza slices) were flattened with cheese that melted onto the dough that gave it adistinct dark color. Don't ever buy from Papa John's they charge absurd amounts for pizza that isn't even good quality. Read more
Fine if you like dry, burned pizza. Called in to warn about the oven maybe being too hot and the guy on the line was only... focused on getting me off the phone. Fine normally, but don't order here during peak hours. Read more
The pizza dough was good as usual but i?m not if they employees are instructed to put a bare minimum amount of cheese and... toppings. There were many spots that did not have any cheese, i could count how many steak pieces were on the pizza and theother toppings were pretty much the same thing. I dont want to give a low rating as i should compared to the experience i hadbecause i dont want to effect the owner. Hopefully 4 star would get the owners attention. Read more
Ended up waiting 2 and a half hours for my pizza. Tried calling multiple times to see what the status of the pizza was and never... was able to actually talk to anyone. Ended up ordering another pizza from a different place after waiting an hr and that got tome quicker than this did. Totally unacceptable and will be disputing this charge. Definitely do not recommend ordering fordelivery from this store. Read more
