Firehouse subs is awesome plain and simple. I have visited this location numerous times with colleagues and alike, for lunches,... dinner, meetings etc, and I?ve always had a super great experience! I often order the Ny Steamer, Turkey Bacon Ranch, CajunChicken, or Engineer and I?ve had the Firehouse brand Chili and Chocolate brownie. Pro-tip, ask for ALL of the cheeses, youwon?t be disappointed. The staff and associates are consistently fun, patient and delightful. More importantly my orders arecorrect every time. Overall this location is clean and tidy, everything from countertops, drink dispenser, tables, windows andmore. I definitely recommend Firehouse Herndon for anyone looking for a yummy bite to eat on the go. Read more
The food was good, just not what me or my partner ordered, added mayo to all our food, didn't put any mustard on them, didn't... use red onion. Normally I don't mind a little mayo, but they were slathered in it, despite asking for none. Read more
Consistent quality every time! My go-to is the Cajun Chicken Sub. They had a seasonal BBQ Cuban that was a game changer. They... recently changed their drink provider as they don't have the full range of flavored water that I really looked forward to. This was my first time at firehouse subs and I had a delicious Cajun chicken sub that had just the right amount of heat for me.... I also didn?t mind rounding up my bill for a good cause (to support firefighters and first responders). Ordered a big salad and asked for a side of cheese..... very disappointed
Very friendly staff. Ordering was a breeze and the lady behind the register was patient waiting on our 4 year old son taking his... time telling us what he wanted to order. He was super excited when he was given one of the toy fire hats to wear while he waseating. Ordered off of the $5 mediums list. The wife got a Turkey and I got a Roast Beef. Both of them arrived at our tablewithin 5-6 minutes and were exactly as we ordered. My wife didn't not have anything negative to say about hers and I have tosay that the roast beef loaded with everything was quite good. It is easily seen from the road and there is more than enoughparking. The restaurant and the bathrooms were both kept clean, with the lady behind the register walking around to clean tableswhile they weren't busy. Hasn't failed me yet, I've only gotten the Steak sub large which is enough for me and my fiance to eat half and be full, just... ask for extra cheese, plenty meat not enough cheese but it is really good, definitely a fav!! Read more
5 stars from me . Each and every time I come here the staff are very professional and super friendly. Usually a young lady or... young man will help me and they are always super respectful . Another thing that compels me to write this review is thatwhenever I come in someone is always cleaning ! Either mopping or cleaning the lobby or cleaning the counters .that tells methat they are very clean in the establishment . Also,sometimes going to an establishment and teens are working the serviceisn't that great. But that is never the case here . Great job to Management and home training! Read more
