We have been here before but usually get donuts to go. Great options not available at other spots. But today we sat down and had... warm donuts. Guys, this was a totally different experience. One of my favorite donuts is duck donuts with bacon. It is good combination between food on desert. Always yummy.

Great first experience. The cashier was super helpful in helping me pick, and showed me the donuts after she was done making... them to confirm they looked correct. Also while I was there someone came in with a dead phone and asked if they had an outletshe could use, so the other cashier grabbed a cable and let the customer plug their phone in behind the counter for a fewminutes so they could make a call. Great customer service. One note: it was very warm in there. It wasn?t that bad as acustomer because the doors were propped open and you can get in and out in like 2-3 minutes, but I felt really bad that theemployees had to stay behind the counter next to the fryers in those temperatures for hours at a time. Maybe the A/C was justbroken that day, not sure, but I felt bad for them all the same; I would have been miserable. All in all great experience, Iwill definitely be back! Read more
Okay guys: Duck Donuts is the bomb.com. I just moved out here and I?ve gone twice in the last 7 days! You can customize ANYTHING... which can seem overwhelming so they have a million pre-set combinations to choose from as well, plus they are constantlybringing in new menus (the second time I went they suddenly had a whole new peach-themed menu) My recommendation would be to goout on a limb and try some of the things that look interesting but aren?t your classic flavor! We liked the blueberry icing/Oreocrumble/raspberry drizzle more than we like the s?mores donut! French toast was bomb and the peach cobbler might be the bestdonut I?ve ever had. The consistency of their donuts is the perfect mix between the texture and flavor of a cake donut with thelight, airiness or a krispey kreme. Read more
My friend has been raving about this place for a long time and I just went for the first time this morning after doing the... Sugarland Run Trail and I'm disappointed I haven't gone sooner. The donuts are AMAZING! Awesome flavors, tons of variety, veryfresh, and reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning! Read more
Absolutely fresh donuts and probably the best I have had in Virginia for sure. Ambience and seating is average. Service is okay... and we could use some more friendly and smiling faces, it would have been great. Lot of varieties of donuts to choose from andall the donuts freshly fried. Read more
