The workers at this specific location are extremely rude I must say. One of the worker accidentally added sour cream after me... saying no sour cream she didn?t bother to apologize nor re-made my order. With my husband?s order when he asked for more cornshe got rude and said if you want more take it as side and you have to pay extra. I don?t mind paying extra but I don?t believechipotle has ever charged extra for wanting one ingredient more than other while ordering veg burrito bowl or charged less if Idon?t want few ingredients!! If I could give zero stars I would. How many more complaints do this chipotle need before head quarters come and fix the... problem. Absolutely disgusting customer service. We found plastic in our food, when brought to the managers attention, (Karla F) she... shoved me off. She stated they work with plastic it wasn?t their fault. I stated I just wanted another bowl, they wouldn?t giveus another. Easily resolved with just being given another bowl, however it didn?t seem ?fit? for them. Read more
I placed an online online. I went 10 minutes past my estimated pick up time. Still wasn?t ready. Kid?s Meal? all i asked for.... Served poorly. The oil was dripping out of the foil creating a mess in the bag. The rice & beans portions were served very smallcompared to what they usually serve on a kids meal tray.
