Bagels were served kind of cold with WAY too much cream cheese. Egg wasn?t cooked well either. Older african male working the... counter got my order wrong too and was not polite at all, in fact was pretty rude and didn?t even greet anyone just rolled hiseyes in annoyance as soon as we ordered and even made unnecessary comments. I would definitely not come back here. The bagelsare definitely not cheap $$$ and not worth the bad customer service either! ??????????? Do not recommend. Read more

Look sweetheart, you ain?t coming here because of the customer service, you ain?t coming here to get your bagel fast and leave.... You are coming here because this is, without a doubt, the best bagels in Northern Virginia. I?d wait 30 minutes in line for thedamn nova lox bagel on everything. Chicken salad is certified. They use bagels for croutons, the amount of chicken is perfect. Does not even need dressing so good
The food here is so delicious I came here back to back for weekend breakfasts! This place had been on my list of go-tos for... awhile and I?m glad I finally was able to try it. It did not disappoint. I recommend buying the omelette options as they comewith potatoes AND a whole bagel (bang for your buck). The greek omelette is my favorite so far but I?m sure I?ll want to trysome of their other omelette options soon. The place is pretty packed on weekend mornings so I would recommend ordering forpickup or coming before/after the rush. Read more
I noticed this is a very popular spot for your morning coffee and bagel fix. Personally, I thought the cafe mocha was very... watered down and had no coffee flavor. I opened the lid and the liquid was gray. I also had the strawberry bagel and it didn?ttaste of any strawberry flavors. My sister liked her bagel ????. The ambience was slightly annoying with really loud music andit was hard to have a conversation, maybe turning it down a little? All in all it was a nice spot to have a breakfast date withmy sister to catch up. Read more
Very creative and interesting bagel experience! A very busy place around lunchtime, on a Saturday. Still, the staff were very... professional, friendly, and efficient. I was able to place and pay for my entire order on a standalone touchscreen menu, whichwas very easy to read and understand. They have lots of fresh bagels here, with both breakfast and lunch offerings. The one inthe photo is a chicken salad sandwich on a cheddar cheese bagel, with a side of potato salad and a large drink.
