We were driving down hwy 55 and were happy to find this little coffee shop just a couple minutes from the highway. The shop has... a few booths framed out with sheet metal, and the hostess was really friendly. During busy times it might be hard to find aparking spot, but we had no problem (after 10am). The chai tea was on par with other coffee shops and they have a special?Indian style? with sweet cream that my wife enjoyed. I almost ordered a drip coffee but noticed the ?big muddy? on the menu, anespresso drink with sweet cream. It was great! I ordered a large, and was surprised with the ?tallness? of the cup! We alsotried a blueberry scone and it was a little sweet, not too dry, not too moist, and is large enough to share with someone else(if you don?t mind fighting over the last bite!) We would definitely stop by again if the timing is right. Read more
Big Muddy is one of my family's favorite early morning eateries. The absolute best sausage balls and muffins on town. Everyone... grabs a speciality coffee. The staff is great. Prices is fair. As a person of color, it's important to me for my family to feelsafe where we eat. The owner has been nothing but nice and kind. He remembers my family member names and our dietary uniquerequests. It's all smiles with no hesitation. If you want great food, fair prices, and the best service I can't recommend BigMuddy enough. Read more
