I?m totally agree with Carla !!! Today I went there to charging my car at the parking lot. I went to the vons to get coffee .... The guy was there at out of sense and any respect, look at to my face I was wondering,what was wrong!!!??? I said ?good morning? no any answer or any reactions, than I just order my coffee and left the place with lots of regrets!! There?s a young guy that works there on morning shift. Lacks good costumer service, incredibly rude, so dry and it?s doesn?t... hurt to smile once in while. I work across the street so I?m always there and not once have I seen that kid in a good mood. Read more
There is a young guy that works at this location whom is incredibly rude always in a bad mood and lacks 100% customer service... skills he wont even speak to customers just leaves the coffee when done without calling the person that ordered the item heshould either be reprimanded or fired Read more

Great customer service the store is always kept clean the rush hours at this location are as follows, from 5:30 AM to 10 AM ?... evenings frequently slow. Plenty of parking unfortunately going in to the Starbucks through Sepulveda Boulevard is quitecomplicated and getting out is even harder.. The restrooms are kept clean and the staff is well behaved, unfortunately some ofthe equipment is broken... I got a bagel and it came out squashed The bagel cutting apparatus blades needed to be replaced. Inmy eyes that's something that needs immediate attention. Overall it's a fairly well-kept store and it would appeal to people onlaptops. Read more
