Probably the worst service I have experienced in a long time. We ordered 2 large pies, we got two of the smallest pies I have... ever seen in my life. I called, and was told that we get a credit for the mix up. Fine. We are only in the area for a few moredays. Fast forward two days---we call and tell them we would like the pies. I gave them my name and number and they were awareof our credit. Then they tell us they can't deliver we are to far (they only deliver 5 miles, our air b&b was 6). So we had topick it up. Fine. We go pick up it up and my brother in law was told he needed to pay for the pizza. Odd because we were toldwe'd be given a credit for their screw up. What happened with the "credit", I have no idea. He gets to the house, wrong orderagain. 1 cheese pie correct (about the size of a medium pizza) and one veggies and they put pepperoni on one side. It wassupposed to be half veg half pepperoni. The pizzas are grossly small and the prices are insane. I could eat one "large" pie bymyself. (A large is 14 a medium is 12 supposedly but they looked WAY smaller. Order from someplace else. I haven't even left from trying this place yet, but I can already say that I'm definitely coming back. The pizza was absolutely... delicious and the garlic rolls were phenomenal. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy and gives off a welcoming vibe. Ican't wait to try other things on their menu. Read more
The food was pretty good and they have a variety of options so I feel like there's almost something for everyone here. It's not... the cheapest place to eat in town, we paid a little less than $60 I believe for 2 drinks, entrees, and appetizers, but theportions were big enough that we had a lot of leftovers. The only "complaint" would be when we dined, we were the only groupdining in the restaurant and our server acted a little weird towards us but also seemed to be actively listening to ourconversations but we were the only ones there so I can only assume is would be harder not to. This is the bottom of the pizza we ordered tonight. The waitress agreed that it was “overcooked”. When I told her it was... burnt she said that’s how it comes out in a wood oven. She said they would make me a new one but we were going to a show anddidn’t have time to wait. So she went back to the manager and he said he would give us a 10% discount!!! We ate the toppingsonly. The crust was inedible. When she came back with the check she was all happy that she was able to get us a 30% discount.The pizza never should’ve been served that way. And I found it interesting that they were willing to make a new pizza but notwilling to give us that one at no charge. It was one of the worst pizzas I ever had and the customer service made it evenworse!!! Read more
Ordered cajun chicken Alfredo and paid for extra sauce but I got dried noodles and no extra sauce with about 4 little pieces of... chicken in it. Smh I hate doing reviews like this but sometimes I'd like to get what I paid for! Read more
Omg this was by far the best pizza I’ve had since moving to Tennessee. All the ingredients tasted so fresh and the homemade... parmesan cheese was the bomb! If you want a real pizza go here, also the staff is really friendly! Forgot to mention how badassthe crust is! Read more
A very nice restaurent , friendly owner , welcoming staff. Ambience of the restaurent is very nice. Very very friendly and... welcome staffs!! Yes I am repeating this . We went to order pizza for take out, we even got a nice suggestion from the staff .We ordered different toppings 2 veg large pizza , cheese pizza , cheese sticks. Cheese tastes , smells fresh , ingredients werequality ones, baked well. Restrooms were clean. Price are normal and taste good. Give it a try and you will happily enjoyin-house or takeout order experience. Read more
My first time actually eating here even though I’ve lived here some time. Always wanted to try. Def say it is well superior to... and chain pizza place in the area. The staff was very kind even tho I came in towards close… Pizza was as tasty as other localoptions nearby like Gondola house but a bit more affordable. Def gonna try more.
