im so tired of wanting mcdonald?s and then not even getting the food i paid for if y'all's cant get the order right then quit ur... job because its not right i pay for something and not even get what i paid for this is unnecessary, yall forgot mayo on amcchicken??? threw a handful of fries but i got a basket of fries ? u didnt take the ingredients off of what i ordered and imade sure to tell yall , yall forgot the mcnuggets and our drinks are wrong. why cant yall do ur job? like cmon now. if ithappens again ill come uo there and show yall how i feel. im not going to pay for something and not get it. Extremely rude manager. I asked for a piece of lemon for my ice tea and she started yelling at me. I understand if she ran out... of lemons but to start yelling???? The worst experience at any McDonald?s! She needs more training and learn how to treatcustomers. Read more
Rude rude employees on night shift while attempting to pick up delivery service orders for DoorDash and Uber eats. Gross. Do people actually still put this garbage into their mouths? The last time I couldn't resist the craving for McTrash, I... gave in and ate about half of a quarter pounder- my long time ago favorite McD sandwich. I felt more and more sick with eachbite, and nearly wretched by the halfway point. I felt awful after and it took about another day for me to recover and feelnormal again. And don't get me started on that "dollar menu" business. How can anyone in their right mind think they canpurchase "food" for a dollar? I would sooner starve than eat that disgusting concoction of chemicals. Read more
It's McDonald's. Although one of the more pleasant one's in Nashville. Much better service than the other one in Hermitage. The... other one has a more modern atmosphere, but employee (and management) attitudes are rough and accuracy has been an issue. So,for my money, this McDonald's is the better one. Read more
