Don?t bother to read their operating hours. I placed an order prior to 9:30pm and it successfully went through and charged to my... card. I received a call at 9:40 letting me know ?We are no longer accepting pickup orders tonight.? Sounds like lazy staff IMOwho want to close up shop early. Under new ownership and still not impressed unfortunately? it took an hour and a half to receive my order of just 1 large pizza... for my daughter, wife, and I. That?s it, 1 large pizza & nothing else aside from sauce.. Also didn?t receive the sauce Iordered. At least the pizza came I guess.. which is why I?m giving 2 stars instead if 1. Read more
This location is a joke. 1.5 hour delivery times every time you call day or evening. Pizza quality is worse and worse. And the... staff act like they can't be bothered to do their jobs. Read more

Better off going elsewhere. Ordered online, drove to pick up. When I walked in the store, the floor was sticky, and the... employees were so busy playing around with one another, that they ignored myself and the other person that was in there for aconsiderable amount of time. The person that was in there spoke up to them multiple times, and eventually left and what seemedlike frustration. The employees were drinking over the toppings that they were placing on pizza, and throwing toppings at eachother in play. There was a woman with green hair that came up from the back at one point, I tried to get her attention, andwhile she looked right at me, she ignored me and turned and walked away. After 10 minutes of waiting and being ignored, I endedup leaving without my pizza, that I had already paid for online. Fortunately my credit card company has my back. Read more
The store is very nasty. The workers do not care if someone walks in to order and they leave you just standing up front while... they are messing off in the back. Not my husband but another customer while he was waiting. The pizza was hot at least. Thetopping were wrong but Ive worked all day and just dealt with it. Payed almost 10 dollars for a salad for 2 thats actually onlyfor one person and 1 piece of ham and one piece of salami cut into 4 pieces and 3 tomatoes. Very disappointed we payed 35dollars for a 1 person salad and a pizza with wrong toppings. Should have read reviews on this place. What a waste of money andtime.. The worst managed store in the whole franchise. The place is nasty and very rude employees do not recommend going there. Jets is... good Detroit Pizza just find another store besides this one. Read more
