Hate this place with a passion. I have officially stopped going. I refuse to waste my money on trash food and terrible I mean... TERRIBLE customer service! The wait is always at least 30 mins food never fresh or even halfway decent. And don?t even get mestarted on the employees. Especially the night shift. Never experienced such out right disrespect and rudeness from andestablishment in my life. You know it?s bad when I?m actually writing a review! Normally I let things slide and am usuallyunderstanding. Order two frisko burgers paying 13 dollars. These were the burgers! Seriously? Is this a 6 dollar burger now? And the bun was... the bottom portion of the bread for both of my sandwiches. This was my first visit to Jack in the box so I was very excited. It was moving day and one of the first things we did was plan... to have Jack in the box for energy for the unloading and unpacking. I want to start off by saying that the food was pretty good.I tried to get a variety that way we could try several things. The burger my wife got "Ultimate bacon cheeseburger" wasincredibly flavorful and so were the fries, curly fries, and chicken nuggets for the kids. My burger however (Jack burger), wasthe most bland sandwich I have ever had. It tasted like nothing but toppings. Also, why does it cost extra to sub for adifferent type of cheese? I understand a fee for adding cheese, but not switching. Lastly, and the reason for the lower rating,the service was terrible! I informed the cashier that this was my first time and we were new to the area, and she just respondedas if I bothered her. I was the only customer at the time, so they weren't busy, but she just seemed as if she didn't want to bethere. When I asked her for recommendations she just responded about how everyone has different tastes. There was no excitement,no...service. This was strictly a transaction. No thank you, no please come again. Maybe Jack in the box is only supposed to begood for the food, but for the amount I paid it's definitely not worth it when I can pay less and be treated like an actualperson someplace else. Read more
I used to work here 10 years ago. Back then i didn't like any of my employees, but the place was at least clean. Only time i get... good service now is when i order through door dash. The people taking orders at the drive thru are a pain. came here once andwas stuck in line because the staff apparently walked out, but the people in front of me were still getting their order. Anothertime at the drive thru, i am almost certain that they spit in my tacos even though I was polite. You can tell when they're extrawet in your mouth vs when they make them correct. Through door dash, they usually burn the curly fries. Read more
The worst customer service we?ve ever experienced. Two of the staff members I encountered were not at all friendly and seemed to... be miserable people. I can?t even go into detail for that would take awhile. The food ironically was pretty decent, which didnot reflect the attitude of the workers. Zero accountability for when they forgot our tacos. No apologies, just a poker face.Unbelievable. This restaurant does NOT reflect the rest of Tennessee. Read more
