We went to this location with a party of 13 last Saturday and the service when we arrived was absolutely fantastic! It was only... 4 adults and the rest were kids and the staff working thay shift were all so kind and patient with all of it. The food wasexcellent, it came out hot and delicious. Ms. Doris took excellent care of us as a party and I hope she knows how great she isat her job. 10/10 would definitely return to this location again. Read more
After being open for a half hour, the doors were still locked. When I got my order, every piece of food I got was undercooked... and I had to re-cook it on my own oven. The French toast was still runny with egg, my crispy hashbrowns were not crispy at all,and the bacon was essentially raw. I?ve never had this bad of a breakfast! Read more
Nice pancake snd breakfast place. Service friendly and swift, allowing the chain to operate at minimum staff, I've noticed in at... least two states -- good as long as staff stays happy. Expect consistent, and simetimes above-average and maybe even somespecialty items are even great, for a chain. But you always know what you're getting, and can reasonably expect this unit todeliver the goods.. Read more
I've become stingy with my stars, doling them pretty sparingly when I review. This was a solid 'decent' experience. That said,... this was the first time I've sat down to breakfast, other than my own kitchen, since pre-Covid. The place was not busy, so I wasable to be seated away from other folks, as I requested. The waitress was polite and fairly attentive, and the food was whatI've come to expect over the years from IHOP.., not gourmet, but solid fare, all cooked as I asked (I'm not picky, but mysausage HAS to be cooked well). This experience was not a pleasant one. The server was doing everything she could and apparently they had new cooks so... everything took forever. An hour and 13 minutes to be seated, an additional 50 minutes to receive order that was missing items(bacon on the burger). Again the server quickly took care of it noticing items missing as she delivered. The service saved the1-star to a 2-star. Read more
Ordered online curbside. Received text stating they see my vehicle and will be out soon. Waited 20 minutes and went in. Waitress... mentioned that they didn?t see me. Big blue jeep in window. Only vehicle!! How did you not see me? Food was on a table forUber eats pick up and was cold. Read more

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Order was supposed to be ready when I arrived. It was not. They needed more time to prepare... my meals. Ok, I specifically asked the lady at the podium will you be bringing it out curbside when it?s done as I ordered it.She said, yes. 30 minutes past, and I went inside. My order was tucked in a corner apparently waiting on curbside (me) to comeback inside to get it. What?s the point in offering curbside if you can?t honor it. Geesh!!!
