I've been disappointed with my last few lunches here. The service has gone down, and the sandwiches are sloppy. Two of mine were... made wrong the last time. The app NEVER works, and it's extremely frustrating. Not all topping options come up online either.At least when I order online there is less of a chance for them to screw it up. Anytime I've called it in or ordered to-go thereis an issue. I even reached out via the survey and have yet to be contacted to help resolve the issue. I just gave up.
