The employee has a terrible attitude. She was very rude and snappy. It's very clear that she didn't want to actually work. My... mom asked for honey teriyaki chicken and the lady tried to toast the sandwich despite my mom not wanting it toasted. When my mommentioned this the employee got really snappy with her. We also noticed that the employee was much kinder to the white customerafter us (we are hispanic), she also barley put veggies on the sandwich. Overall a bad experience ???? Read more
I have recently had a knee replacement, and had just finished physical therapy, so decided to grab a sandwich while my wife was... shopping. I stood in the queue for a couple of minutes, when suddenly the pain in my knee built to such an extent, that I felt Iwas going to collapse. I grabbed a nearby chair, and sat down. Immediately the server started screaming at me that I couldn'tsit there! I explained that I was in distress, and would move as soon as I could. She continued to scream that i couldn't sitthere, and i needed to get out of her store before she was closed down. I said again that i had just had a knee replacement, andwiuld move as soon as I could. She then screamed that "you need to give me your address, so I can come to your house when i losemy job!" By that time, the pain had eased considerably, and I was able to leave the store! For anyone to have that much lack ofsympathy, and absence of compassion is incredible, and for her to work in customer service is outrageous! Never going backagain! Read more
The women serving my family yesterday evening was very rude and curt. She did not listen when we requested specific things on... our sandwiches and was rude and short when we corrected her. For a few examples I requested 3 tomatos and she put more thenthat, I reminded and said I'm sorry I requested 3 she took the extra off and threw it back into the container. (I have alwaysasked for 3 and never had an issue..) When she gave me the wrong ICE drink and then I corrected her, she was again rude andacted disgusted with the fact that my family was within her presence and threw the wrong drink into the trash. I asked how Icould provide a customer review and she said the info will be on the receipt..... but she did not provide a one! Read more
I bought a meal today and the entire bottom piece of bread was soggy from vinegar. It was so sour I couldn't eat it. Worst... sandwich I've ever tried to eat! Thought maybe she accidentally put mustard then realized the bread was soggy and that shemust've put way too much vinegar. Ruined my lunch .. Read more

The lady making our sandwich was sooo freaking rude. She definitely didn't want to be working for subway. I offered to pay for a... small but wanted the water cup for my toddler and when i filled it up with flavored water she started yelling at me from acrossthe veggie station ( again i offered to pay for a small but only wanted the water cup) the veggies were all pretty gross looking( i didn't put any on my sandwich ) i do not recommend this subway at all! It was by far the worst one I've ever been to.Corporate office should definitely come take a look at this store. Read more
