There was not ample enough seating for our party even though there was only one other family dining in. We were told we could... not put tables together. That half our party would have to sit at another table. Then their wait time was hour and half. Needless to say we did not stay. Read more
So disappointed...I called in an order and the person that I talked with on the phone said my pizza would be out in 20 minutes... and I told him it was carry out and he repeated again it will be out in 20 minutes and i said ok we hung up well 20 minutes wentby and i go in for my pizza and the rude lady That was at the cash register told me that it was gonna be out at 7::37 PM and Itold well the person that i talked to on the phone told me it was gonna be 20 minutes and this lady proceeded to tell me thatthe person that was on the other line was somewhere in Florida and they did not know what was going on locally and that thepizza hadn't been started yet and it was gonna be ready at 7:37 So I wait till 7:37 comes by and I go in for my pizza and thelady said well it's not even done yet and it's gonna be 10 minutes more and i told her then why put what time your pizza isgoing to be ready and the lady said well i dont know What is going on in the kitchen because I have not been back there and sheasked me so do you wanna wait for your pizza and I told her you know what no I don't want it anymore and i left this pizza hutneeds to get their acts together rude customer services Read more
The food was really great. We always get the stuffed crust. And spicy garlic chicken wings too. I'm never disappointed.????
The prices for the wings are INSANE. Also no more Wing Wednesday for traditional wings?? If theyre going to overcharge for wings... then they might as well throw in a complimentary side of sauce??????????? I used to work here i know damn well when we switch to?bigger? sized wings they do not cost the store a lot more to get. Customer service at Pizza Hut in Hermiston has really gone down hill in the last several years. 90% of the time there are long... wait times even to get seated. It seems as though the priority are customers ordering out rather than the customers dining-in.The last time I was here we waited 15 minutes to be seated...mind you, there were only two other families dining-in. When theemployee came up to greet us she said we didn't have to wait to be seated. Today I came in and keeping in mind what I had beentold last time, we went ahead and sat ourselves, only to be told by an employee that we needed to wait to be seated because itwas just her and one other employee working and the table we had sat at hadn't been wiped down. Things like this wouldn't happenif employees didn't lack basic customer service skills such as greeting or acknowledging customers as they walk through thedoor. I understand being short staffed, but employees should at least greet the customer and let them know they will be withthem momentarily. Read more
