Definitely not a pleasant experience. I had come here a few days ago and went to the drive thru (no one else was here or in... line) they told me they were all busy on a phone call and would be right with me, ten minutes passed and I finally called out tothem on the speaker just for them to ask me to pull to the front, hadn?t even taken an order from me yet. I gave them a secondchance today and waited fifteen minutes extra (including drive thru time). Sad because they have decent priced rangoons but theservice has proved awful each time. Read more
Ordered pickup from the app. The food wasn't ready at the time it said it was ready. Got the order but they forgot the rangoons.... Manager said they would be ready in 7 minutes. She didn't apologize or anything. She just quickly walked away and didn't comeback. I won't order from the app again due to the rude manager. They rest of the staff was good. Read more

Not the Panda Culture Way. Employee Itzel servered us cold food after we asked for fresh chow mein. She stated she had no cooks... yet it amazed me that she started walking up and down the floor trying to avoid us because she did my wife and I weren't donewith our order. And the other employees were so lost looking at her taking an order when we haven't finished ours. It's always been a great place to eat for a quick Chinese! The food is outstanding. The people who worked there are great too!... There is however an issue that we had with the food that I got for my wife today. There was a big long hair Tangled throughoutthe chow mein. Can you tell me why I was just given orange chicken when I ordered string bean chicken? This place just continues to impress me.... Wait you're closing 2 hours so you don't have any food left? This place needs a new owner and new management. I was superexcited when this place was going to open in town. But it's managed terribly. They stopped making food a full hour before theyclose. I just bought $35 worth of food, they asked me to wait in front of the store so they could bring it to me. And then aftermaking me wait for 15 minutes they tell me they don't have the food. So I'm getting a refund. They got my order wrong twice already. I wanted the sesame chicken in a small container and the orange chicken in the Styrofoam... container with the honey walnut shrimp and fried rice.
