The website and store state open 24 hrs. I stopped in at 345 AM and was told through the drive thru they were closed for... maintenance. Your sinage says otherwise. I think your staff lies and were being lazy. Read more
Some of the employees try hard to be good at the job, however they have an ice cream machine that is broke down or being cleaned... more often than it is running, and they are consistently blocking the drive thru off with some vehicle on random days, while theapp will still accept online orders and take money from you despite showing up and not being able to go thru the drive in andnot getting any help calling the location since no person ever answers the phone. I ordered about $10 worth of food one night,paid thru my app for the order, drove all the way there only to find the drive thru blocked by a vehicle and no one answered thephone. Even after I emailed the corporate location and complained about the fact that the location was not only closed wheneverywhere online said it was a 24 hour location, but they also took the payment without actually giving me what I paid foreven. I still have never received a call or email back, or a refund, or any reply from anyone at all regarding this issue. Read more
Had the tacos and chicken sandwich and oreo shake. Every thing was very good. Except the dining area was HOT with no A/C????

I rarely choose jack in the box for dinner but it's what mom said sounded good so that's what's for dinner I go through jack... in the box card declines new card no biggie did not have purse had to run home well instead went in to tap with my phone andthat was a hassle all well all of the staff being amazing trying to help lets me take it I try to go back and pay and they hadtaken care of it made my night you all are amazing and your attitudes were awesome definitely will be coming back the manageris definitely doing something right great team you have:)) Read more
Edit: Here's a photo for you months after you say it shouldn't happen. Out of curiosity I looked at old reviews and found one... from four years ago with same complaint. Ownership obviously doesn't care how things are run and only offers lip serviceresponding to reviews. Why is it that there often is an employee car blocking the drive thru at night and you can't getservice? It's happened enough that I no longer consider it an option if looking for a late dinner. Me and my family just finished getting off work and went by to get some jack. Upon arrival we were told they were closed but... when we pulled out of the drive thru we saw staff just sitting down. People now a days are getting lazy, unbelievable. Read more
