Sure, Denny's is a national chain, so the dining experience should be uniform across the country. This Denny's, however, took it... to provide a top-notch experience. Courtney was outstanding with a genuinely happy smile and friendliness and provided apleasantly efficient service. The cook knew just how to cook the Super Bird sandwich with crisply cooked and moistly butteredbread, and the fries were perfectly done with a good goldenness and right amount of moisture to make eating them a culinarydelight. Terrible service. I'd put zero stars if I could. Waited over 45 minutes to get food - but everyone came at different times. The... kids good finally came out after everyone else had finished-about 90 minutes after ordering it. If we weren't traveling, wewould have left but they were starving. And, they were still starving after eating because the portions were pathetic (orderedoff regular menu, not kids. They are tiny little 6 and 8 year olds). Waitress was apologetic, but that wasn't enough. I've eatenat a lot of terrible places with terrible service, but this was definitely the worst. Read more
