There was a fairly long line in the drive thru, but it went at a decent speed. Our order was hot and fresh. And even though I... forgot to ask for a cup of ice, they gave it to me at the window with no issue, and for free. The person on the headset and theperson at the window were both very polite and courteous. I don?t usually do this but I got exceptional service from the shift manager Josh. I ordered the whopper meal and it was good... but it was the service that blew me away. I went with my 90 year old grandmother because she loves the whopper and unfortunatelythe drive through was closed. Josh saw my grandmother and helped her inside so she could place her order.
