We just ordered 2 large Carmel Mcfrappes waited 30 minutes,after the person told us to pull over in the reserved parking and... they would bring them out, after not seeing our frappes not coming out, I went inside and asked about our drinks and I was toldthat they had given them to the car behind us, that they would make us another, they said sorry, but I had to wait another 20 to30 minutes. When our drinks were brought out, they had given me mediums instead of large. We will never go back again!!! PoorService all the way around!!! Do nor go there if you don't want to get ripped off!!! We are curreny waiting in dt still after 30 minutes of being in line. We couldnt pull out so we decided to go ahead and order. ... After all that time we and almost every car since has been pulled to wait longer on food. Rediculous to say the least. Theyhave tons of staff that we can see so no excuses!! Just over $23. Read more
If I could give it a negative I would. Visited from out of town and wanted to stop by to get our son a happy meal. Needless to... say it was a horrible mistake we lasted in line at least 30 minutes just to order and there was only about 3 cars in front of uswhen we arrived at the first window no one was there so my husband moved to the 2nd window we saw and counted about 8 employee?sjust walking around getting drinks eating fries finally after 18 minutes someone came to the window asked what we had orderedand closed the window 5 minutes later a lady came to the window charged us and put our order together and gave it to us. Irecorded a video of the long wait in all about an hour for a dam happy meal and I thought I had seen bad in other cities butthis is by far the worse McDonald?s ever. i ordered a bacon quarter with no bun, received the wrong order (we ordered through drive through and got a LOBBY order), then... when my mother drives back up there to fix it she is disrespected and laughed at by crew members, when we got the right burgerbarely any toppings were touching the meat as if they did it purposefully, called them literally 8 separate times and did notanswer once except for the last call when i was interrupted trying to explain and Dolores, the manager, told me to call backlater and when i did, no answer, i really don?t get how they?re still open.
