Most of the Tim Hortons you go to are close to the same. So, what really makes a great location is the staff. We had a very... friendly woman take our order and take our money at the window. The food wasn't ready in time, so she came out to the truck todeliver it when it was. She was funny and friendly, and she made my wife and I's day. Might drive all the way out to Henriettafrom Niagara county just to order there again. Read more
My gfriend and I went to Tim Horton's on Jefferson Rd and Winton Rd this morning. It was horrible. I ordered a biscuit sausage... breakfast sandwich but got a english muffin. My friend ordered breakfast bacon sandwich and the bacon was raw ... Wasn't evencooked. Coffee was terrible. Never again will I go there. I'll stick to the one in East Rochester. I never have publicly complained about a business ever. Been drinking Hortons coffee for over 20 years Ordered a large black... coffee Sunday afternoon around noon in the drivethru. The Coffee was mostly hot water Just short of $3 and I dumped it out. I had an uncomfortable experience at this location. The lady called out an order that sounded similar to what I had ordered. I... picked up that order by accident. I realized it and told her about the honest mistake and offered to pay for it. She startedyelling and freaking out. She took the order back and stormed to the back.
