I want to tip my hat to the whole team, but especially Helmut. I came in recently to pick up an order, and the multi-tier order... pick-up shelf was literally overflowing. It looked like a cascade of filled Starbucks cups and specialty brews. The store wasseverely short-staffed. It was the 9am crush. The place was packed. The drive-through line was a thirsty python 20 cars long.And Helmut seemed to be making three drinks at a time. Non-stop. He probably did this for hours. If you ever want to see someoneearn their pay, with poise, go to the Quioccasin Starbucks, pull up a seat, and watch Helmut at the helm of thesteamers/frothers/brewers/faucets. Very nice shop. Was quiet on a Sunday morning! They have a restroom and it was smelling perfect !

I go to this Starbucks every Tuesday as a treat for me and the family. Sometimes the drive thru can get long but most of the... time they keep it moving. Just prepare an extra 10 minutes on your travel time if it's earlier in the week for school/work rushhour. Read more

This is by far the best Starbucks I've been to in the Richmond area. The plants are beautiful and there is a quiet conference... room area for meetings or to study in a less noisy environment. I've never had a bad coffee here and continue to go back ever ifit is not the closest location to me. Read more

Our local Starbucks, always busy. EDIT: RED CUP DAY! I didn't mind waiting for my FREE RED CUP. I used mobile app to order in... advance and knew I would have to wait. The drive-thru was insane so I went in and prepared to wait. I watched drink after drinkcome out and people come and go. Those employees were slinging drinks faster than any bartender I have ever seen. They wereunder a lot of pressure and did it gracefully. Especially, with the few impatient angry people that came in. If you walk into abusiness and see it is busy go somewhere else. You are not entitled to be served before all of the other people that have beenwaiting patiently. GREAT SERVICE! GREAT DRINKS!
