This review is the owner/company?s fault, not the employees. They raised the price of their whole menu twice in the past few... months. About 3 months ago I was paying $3 for a coffee, now it?s almost $6. Sorry guys, your mediocre coffee isn?t worth thatmuch. Just more greedy owners passing inflation costs off to consumers. Read more

I went to this location because a sign on the door stated that they were paying employees $11.50 an hour up to $17 an hour. I'm... 43 and I have 28 years of customer service experience, yet they only wanted to pay me $11.50 an hour which I felt offended by.Don't believe everything you see in writing because once they get you in for an interview they expect to pay you pennies on thedollar. I spoke with the corporate manager Julie and though I had superb qualifications she was trying to lowball me. There arehundreds of jobs out there ready to pay more than barely above minimum wage. By 2024 the minimum wage will be $15 an hour. Idon't see how these companies can stay in business. They pay their associates who have families barely enough to get by. Read more

This week, I got a small cappucino via Drive Thru, then removed the lid of my drink to add sweetener and was shocked to see that... the quantity of beverage inside was half of the cup size. ???? I'd paid $4 for that! Previously, they have missed adding flavorto my coffee for orders I'd placed using the app. This isn't the case with the other Dunkin' locations I've frequented. Ireally love Dunkin but the one at Lauderdale has disappointed a few times now, so had to drop this review, although myexperience has varied with baristas and cashiers - some are pretty good, but others are NOT. No wonder people have pointed outthe bad customer service in the reviews. Read more
Coming from up north where there is a DD on every corner, and most are awesome... I was very annoyed that DD in Richmond sucks... so much that I've turned to 7-Eleven coffee for the last 10 years. Until today! The coffee was spot on, and my plain donut wasmoist and non crumbly ! Just the way I like it! It took me a whole 2 minutes from order to hand off. And I didn't see a problemwith customer service at all... Did I mention that my plain donut was moist and delicious? Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service experience. No one greeted us, no one said thank you or even apologized for forgetting part... of our order. Then as we pulled up to the window the girl doesn't greet us just says "Are you the one with the large order?",I'm like if four breakfast sandwiches are a large order then yes... The Manager on duty (red hair female) had absolutely zerocustomer service! She was so rude. Matter of fact she was mad we ordered, the purpose of a business is to bring in business. Shewas not friendly, and was obviously annoyed that I ordered breakfast for a family of four. Then forgot to give me ourdonuts. We will not be returning for a few months as they obviously haven't worked the kinks out yet. The Franchise owner wouldbe really disappointed in the managers behavior. It made me really not want to return to this location again. The shell isn'ttoo far away and they are very kind at that Dunkin location. Maybe go elsewhere. Read more
