When we went in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch the system was down and there was no ice. Sandy greeted us immediately to let us... know of the issues. She let us know we could eat first then pay. This was extremely important for us as my son had a practice toget to and we were on a time constraint. Upon leaving she was apologetic for the issues and went above and beyond for customerservice.
