Chicken sandwich was amazing. It was a wait but understandable with everywhere right now. Staff was great and food was fresh!

This location is definitely going down. The manager Thais is extremely unprofessional, rude and lacks common decency when you... ask simple questions or requests about your food etc. I came into this location to get a replacement meal because my food wasunsatisfactory on the day before. This lady should not be working in anyone establishment. She (Thais) allowed for a line cookto pick an uncooked item off of the floor with food tongs and place them back into the freezer with the food and the otheritems. When I told her (Thais)about what I witnessed she tried to justify to me what the cook did. This is extremelyunsanitary and unsafe. On top of that the customer service was extremely poor and uncouth. I did mention my comments andconcerns to the GM (Adrianne) whom did seem to interested. Hendersonville is a City of great customer service andprofessionalism. If this Wingstop can?t meet the expectations then maybe they should take their Wingstop to another area. Thais should not be working as a Manager for anyone establishment. She will end up getting this location fined or worse closeddown and out of business. Do better Wingstop. Read more

AWESOME location for catering. They are never too busy. I ordered 500+ wings here on multiple occasions for my son's school and... every time it has been perfectly prepared and fresh! I will continue to order fr this location for sure! Read more

I?ve now tried this new location five times, and will not be returning. I have waited 30 to 45 minutes every time to get a... simple wing order. Today was the last straw after I placed an online order and it said it would be ready within 16 to 21minutes, yet when I showed up to pick up my order 30 minutes later it wasn?t ready. It also took nearly 5 minutes just to getsomeone to help me on the front counter while the cooks just starred at me and kept talking to themselves. So I patiently satdown and waited 15 minutes before I finally got up and nicely told someone that I placed an order over 45 minutes ago yet it?sstill not ready. She then turned around and saw my order on the pick up shelf but couldn?t tell me how long it?s been sittingthere even though they knew I was sitting there waiting for the last 15 minutes for my food. I love wingstop and was excited tofind out I would have one close to the house, but I?ll just stick to having it for lunch from a Nashville location. Read more

Just spent 7 minutes on hold, figured they had forgot so I called back and now they just keep putting me directly on to hold. I... have a question about an order I've already put in, I shouldn't get ignored immediately after spending $50 on two separateorders. Their refusal to pick up the phone has half of my order just sitting there because doordash won't pick it up, since wetipped on the first order, and the Wingstop employees took forever to answer the phone then didn't make sure both order weretaken. The food was good wings fixed to order. Celery and carrots were fresh and crisp. They actually gave our food away and had to... remake our order. But they were so kind and apologetic and offered us a side item for the inconvenience. The atmosphere was nicewith piped in music. Brandi was exceptionally pleasant and friendly.
