Just left this location with my family. MAKAYLA was very rude and didn?t bother swinging by our table to refill any of our... drinks, as the restaurant was not even busy. We even went as far as to getting up to get her attention to bring us silverwareand for her to refill our drinks. She was acting busy, the whole time, occupying herself with meaningless movements, and doinganything to avoid coming back to our table. Great location but horrible worker. Ask for another waitress if she greets you. Read more
As much As i come to this location I haven?t had any problems until having Makayla as my waitress. She took my family?s order... and ended up bringing the wrong order. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the issue, she instead gets defensive andstates, ? you didn?t order that?. I am an understanding person, but at least shows some type of customer service and apologizefor the minor inconvenience. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Great location but has a worker that lacks work ethic. This was my first time going to a Waffle House. NEVER AGAIN! This place was filthy! Food all over the floor. The staff lacked... management & direction. No one wiped off tables. We sat for awhile before our order was taken. Someone in Executive Managementplease step in and do not let this location in a great part of town become a financial risk. Those young people working thenight shift need direction. Including the night shift manager. Read more
Firstly the 2 guys working the night shift definitely don't want to be there.. and even after going over my order several times... and agreeing on double hashbrowns instead of meat I still got all the way home to no hash browns on either order at all and asoft doughy waffle that clearly wasn't cooked long enough. I love Waffle House. Great 50's atmosphere, all of your waitresses are Flow! I always sit at the Barstools and watch the cooks.... I got the Beef Sandwich with loaded Hashbrowns. I usually get the Pork Chops but wanted to expand my horizons. Read more
We?ve come here numerous times and the service here is absolutely terrible. I don?t expect a lot from Waffle House as far... service goes but this place is one of the worst. We?ve legit just got sick of waiting and just got up and left on more than oneoccasion. The bathroom here was filthy with urine all over the floor. Read more
Our Every Saturday Morning Stop My husband and I moved to TN about 3 years ago, and was lucky enough to find this Waffle House.... The management and team treat you like family, and have our orders ready to roll by the time we sit down. The food and coffeeare always hot and fresh. I am definitely a food critic, but typically have no complaints here. Thank you Waffle House foralways being the best! Read more
MAKAYLA was very unprofessional, she looked like she didn?t even want to be there and work. She messed up my order and started... to argue with my family. Upon bringing the correct order, she slid the plate across the table as if we are second classcitizens. Horrible service no refills, no silverware ,and she was nowhere to be found. Tried up charging me on items that comewith the meal, HORRIBLE, just horrible customer service at this location from Makayla. This needs to be addressed as it is alocation we come to often and never been treated this way. Read more
