Excellent wait staff, quick service, hot and tasty food. Very fair price. $10 burger meal with drink deal is excellent.
Red Robin, I had to 1-Star this to get your attention. I?ve been to this location 10+ times because I?m a burger junkie, but I... always get it to go because the smell inside the restaurant is atrocious. It?s very reminiscent of mop water that needs to bechanged, but it could also be the carpet that?s holding the funk. I?ve asked a couple of workers about it and they all haveacknowledged it but say that their nose has gotten desensitized to the smell. However, for a dine in patron that comes ever sooften, it?s the first thing we notice. I recommend having the GM or OM look into it, because I?m almost certain it?s turningaway sales. The food was the only good thing about this experience. My sister and I waited an hour for our check just to never get it. We... saw our server at most three times, and we had a better experience with the people who brought out food. It almost felt like shewas deliberately walking past our table. We also ordered something to go as well, and only got it when we walked up to the frontand asked about it since we were never able to stop our server. It was honestly extremely ridiculous since we were there foralmost two hours and one of the hours was just us waiting for any type of service. Read more
The service is very slow and you better not be to thirsty since you will be waiting awhile. The good thing was we didn't have to... wait to long but it was also during the week. The quality of food didn't seem to be what other Red Robin's are for some reason. Read more
