We ordered and then paid at the window. Waiting and waiting for our food still at the window. Cars start honking behind us. ... Employee comes back to window and says did yall order? Did you pay as well? (She is the one who took our money) Ah you paidand your order went away so we don't know what you ordered so we repeated our order to her. Within minutes we had our familymeal bag. Pull away and find out they put all our food in multiple boxes so we were missing all of the sides. Thank you somuch for your southern hospitality Popeye's! The food is great yet the service at night is not the greatest. We stop each Tuesday after our son bowls and the latest stop... there we ordered 30 mins ahead to just go in and pick up. Upon arriving to get the order it wasn't even ready, yet prepared atall. Had to wait for the popcorn shrimp to be cooked and the entire order to be made. May be better off just ordering when youcome instead of ordering online ahead of time. Chances are you're going to wait even if you do order ahead. Read more

Okay Popeyes your dropping the ball on food safety training. I was dining in and ordered spicy tenders but received regular. I... took it to the counter and informed the cashier and he casually placed it back with the regular chicken and gave me spicy. Youknow that ain't right. Also want to say. The regular chicken is not doing you a service. The spicy is the only good chicken orshrimp you have. Rework that bland ole regular recipe if you really want to walk the walk. The dirty rice and Mac and cheesecan't be beat though. You got everyone beat when it comes to sides. Biscuits need a little work though. Read more

When Popeyes first opened they were awesome. Last 2 times I went I was very disappointed. I ordered the 3 wing meal and the... wings were tiny, cold and dry. Last time I ordered the 2 piece meal. It was good until I cut into the breast and this awfulsmell came out and it was raw and slimy. I took it back and they copped an attitude with me and said it was a vein in thebreast. I said I would like a refund because I cannot eat that and the manager said you want a refund for the breast only?!!Maybe it was a vein but I found it repulsive. Walks off to to something and I asked Jonathan the cashier why everyone was beingrude and he proceeds to cop an attitude with me as well. The manager Chris came back and proceeded to give me a refund. I don?tusually complain because I realize that places are short staffed but no business should treat customers like that.
