I came to Hendersonville to eat lunch and to work since I?m in the area. I asked for wifi info and was told that there?s no... password but then was told that it was down and the manager Mandy was not interested in assisting me. It?s crazy how it?s 2022and people still are acting like they don?t know how to provide good customer service. Will not be back and I hope this storegets a better management soon. Read more
We paid $22 for a group soup. It was supposed to feed 4 people. What we got was soup for 1 person and the most terrible bread... ever. We got more plastic utensils than food! Will never go back to Panera! Not enough food for the buck! Even in this dayand age!!! Read more

Admittedly it has been a couple years since I?ve been to a Panera, but if this restaurant is representative of the Panera... chain- then things have really changed! The entire operation looked unkept: The front counter not stocked, empty counter spacedirty, dining room tables not clean, and the outside seating space was filthy. The food was adequate - but not what Paneraused to be for sure.. * we ordered 2 soups and both were luke warm at best. And to top it off, I took my mom for her firstPanera experience after telling her how good it was all day - Needless to say, she?s was not impressed and neither am I forthat matter. Read more

After enjoying Panera Bread for many years I made my final visit recently. I ordered a bowl of soup on their in-house... interactive ordering screen. It appeared to be a good sized bowl in the picture. Boy, was that misleading !! It cost me$7.25. When my order was ready I was floored as I saw this nice big bowl was only half full. I asked the worker and they justblew me off with the comment "that's all you get in a bowl". I was wishing you paid after receiving your food here as I wouldnot have accepted this food item.
