Our Place Cafe catered our wedding and they were nothing short of PHENOMENAL from the beginning! Incredibly fast responses,... super easy payment plan via Venmo, fantastic prices and the insured bartender add-on at 25$ An hour was incredible!! Thecatering staff was so much fun to be around and very experienced and professional, and the food was DELICIOUS and had everyoneasking where to get it (we did the pasta bar option). They also did our cake cutting and distributing, champagne toast, and wereone of the only things I didn?t have to worry about on my wedding day! They were prompt as promised, and didn?t bother me onceon my big day beforehand! Highly highly highly recommend them to cater your big event, because there?s literally nothing I couldthink to complain about. They really were all-in-one with no hiccups whatsoever. Catering Event I've dined at Our Place Café many times, and we decided to try them for a large graduation catering event. ... Coordination, pricing, and menu options / flexibility were all top-notch. Ashley and her team were ALL incredible in every way. Our guests LOVED both the food and the super friendly staff serving it. This was a nice place for a meat and three. Has gone downhill over several months. Ordered Thanksgiving items and received raw... and uncooked and was not told. Was told I should have known and given heating instructions. Told her I didn?t know, how would I,know one told me when picked up, no instructions given. Response from owner was I didn?t have printed yet when I picked up myorder. When I took my concern also to the Manager I was and apparently being treated as a ?Karen?. I feel like someone, anyoneshould have told me my food I paid for was not prepared. If I had wanted to cook, I would not have paid so much money forchicken stock and dressing from a bag mixed together sloshing in a pan. I never received an apology from anyone from the Diner.Some nights are good. sService is what you get from young kids they hire who don?t care. Oh Owner said Manager cried when I tookmy complaint to her, that maybe she was a little sensitive. Well bless her heart, they ruined my Thanksgiving dinner and againno one cared!!! Read more
