Ordered 5 cakes 2 weeks ago for a pickup at 10:30, got there at 10:50... to make sure no delays in pickup, told wouldn?t be ready for another 15 minutes. When I questioned they were supposed to beready at 10:30 today their reason was they?ve had a lot of orders come in this morning. Hmm .. lame excuse from customerservice.
