There are several reasons for the five-start review: While we dined on a Friday morning, and they were very busy (a good sign-... they are popular), they still prepares the food in a timely manner and there was not a busy or stressed ?vibe? and the staff wasnot rushed. So it is Mother?s Day. I did a pick up order because I know the rush of brunch on this day. I ordered the avocado toast and sub... the potatoes with the eggs. I do not eat eggs. First impression was of my to go order was that no one checks the food to makesure everything is on each to go order. It comes with a slice of lemon for garnish and EVOO. Those two were non existent. I wasgoing to let it be on top of the ketchup packets being INSIDE of the container. (Please don?t ever do that. Put them in the togo bag. Sanitary reasoning) then as I get down to the bottom of my potatoes I see remnants of EGG in my food. Y?all have to dobetter. I don?t eat eggs and what if it was a real allergy. Every weekend morning when I am out and about there is a line outside of this restaurant. So my husband and I wanted to check it... out on a weekday. The restaurant is cozy and welcoming. They were so busy even on a Tuesday midmorning. I ordered theTraditional Breakfast. I know kinda boring but tried and true. It was fantastic with homemade bread and the best bacon on theplanet. My husband ordered the Chile Chorizo Omelet he loved it. We had to also order a pancake cause they looked so good. Thispancake covered the plate. It was served with hot syrup and lots of butter. We had an appointment in Hendersonville and decided to give this establishment a try. We were looking for kid friendly... environment and menu. I have to say that I was very surprised at how good the food was and such a lovely dining experience for aFriday afternoon. This restaurant is very kid friendly and has many choices from the main menu and kids menu. In the end thetoddler decided to eat my basil tomato bisque (which was exceptional) and she loved it. This was her very first taste of tomatosoup and the bar was raised very high. We ate her French toast, which was very good. Our server was very cordial andattentive.
