Love it! Very fresh. Smaller menu but way better than Subway. In my humble opinion.

Fairly consistent and reliable to get your order correct. Everyone makes mistakes and they're no exception but it's very rare.

Ordered a single sandwich on Uber eats. Over an hour and three drivers later the sandwich still wasn?t ready for pickup. Had... long waits and messed up orders in person before as well. The place was pretty dirty the few times we?ve gone in. Maybe if theworkers spent more time working and not messing with their phones and took the air pods out of their ears to listen to peoplethese things wouldn?t happen. Firehouse is one of my go-to quick serve places, but this one was disappointing. I ordered a veggie sub and wasn?t asked... specifics (usually they ask do you want xyz on the sub). Not a huge deal, but then the sandwich itself just tasted like it wasmissing something - I?ve had the same sub from other locations and this one definitely fell short. Don't get me wrong .. I LOVE the food! The food is so many times better than the "underground train" This location only got 3... stars because, although we were VERY Specific about how we wanted our sandwiches, they still managed to mess up the order.Believe it or not, "Plain means PLAIN" I will continue to go to this location.
