The worst Dunkin? Donuts I have ever been to. The person in the front is super sarcastic and not nice. Every single time I have... gone the food has been disgusting and my order is always wrong. They have come a long way with their coffee drinks. The cold brew with foam is great. My mom hates cold and sweet coffee... I... bought her one and told her to just try it. She loves it! Right now they have a coupon any size coffee drink (some restrictions)for $2 (w/coupon). Some Duncan's have a medium coffee drink (w/restrictions) for $2 without a coupon. It?s ridiculous that every time I?ve come here within the last SEVERAL months, they have been giving food out to customers with... NO BAGS. This is like fundamentals 101 of customer service and running a food business period. It?s gross and unprofessional tobe giving out food to customers without a bag. I understand places are understaffed but It is not that hard to have basic customer service skills and say ?hello, we will be... with you in a minute.? We walked inside to pick out donuts with our 2 year old and we?re ignored COMPLETELY for the 5+ minuteswe stood there and walked out. INSANELY SLOW Every time I come here it takes about 45 min to get through the line. It takes about 5-10min for a person to... actually ask you what you want at the speakerphone, that is if you survive the 20 min line. I am not 20 min late for work?stillsitting in line. thanks. Came through drive thru at 9:12, very friendly. ordered 3 dozen donuts and 2 boxes of joe. Received my donuts immediately, and... despite being the only person in the drive thru, I was asked to pull Forward and park so they could bring the coffee to me.This point I waited in my car for 10 minutes with no sign of coffee. Assuming I misunderstood I walked inside to offer to pickup the coffee. There were 4 Employees but no guests inside the building (And my coffee is sitting on the counter). Not oneemployee said hello or how can I help you, I was stared at and ignored. So I spoke up myself and asked if there is someconfusion I was waiting on 2 boxes of Joe from the drive-through. The response was a very bland "Yeah, I was looking for stirsticks" Re explaining the same thing I told a drive-through, I was on my way for meeting I was happy to take the boxes withoutstir sticks. Employee moved them to just barely within reach and walked away. No thank you no good bye no apology for the wait.
