I absolutely love this place! The BEST burgers and FRIES ever!! The crew is great! I came in on 10/25 and 10/26 and the guys... from the Tuesday night crew were awesome they all greeted us accordingly and we received our order in a timely fashion. Then onthe Wednesday night crew the cashier Rowan provided exceptional service while checking us out! When it comes to customer servicethese guys are even better than Chick-fil-A at it! I am disgusted and outraged. This is my first time going to Culver's. I went to the Mt. Juliet location. As I'm standing waiting... on my food, my fiance tells me a lot of people are walking back up with their orders, because it's wrong. Just telling me tomake sure I check the bag before we leave. So I start watching as two more people bring their food back up. The server took thefood and put it back up to serve to customers. I asked for a manager thinking maybe the employee hadn't been properly trained.I'm told Tyler is the manager, one of the people that was putting food customers returned up to serve to other customers. So Iask Tyler are they trained to do that and her completely ignores me. My fiance asked for our money back. Tyler returned themoney and continued to serve returned food to customers. He didn't take it as an opportunity to correct the issue but keptgoing as if that's business as usual for them. I'll never return. Read more
Food was really good, unfortunately, half the order was forgotten and thankfully my husband caught it. Didn't have my husband's... large drink (he was brought a medium drink cup) or my son's water bottle (was told he would be brought a cup to fill atfountain, when I paid for a bottle of water, but luckily the girl brought a bottled water) everything else was fine, maybe it'sbecause I ordered through my phone? Burger was very good, cheese curds, eh. Didn't like there was no option for vanilla custardon online ordering. Pay attention to what's brought out to you when you order from here. Read more
I know it's a Friday night, and I know they are busy, but when we have to wait for 15-20 minutes for food and another long time... for ice cream at a fast-food restaurant while employees stand around, there's a slight problem with their operation. Watchingthe flow of their work, too, we got the distinct impression that the carryout and drive-thru orders were priority. This iscompletely backwards from what it should be. My family has been to this Culver?s on average twice a month for the past year or more for custard. The wait times have gotten... longer and longer waiting up to twenty minutes for custard. The employees aren?t super friendly. The worst part is the custardconcretes come with a very small amount of toppings, as it in just a few pieces. If you get brownies expect about two pieces. Ifyou order candy as your topping you get a teaspoon. This has consistently been the case the past 6 months. I will not be back tothis location. The only reason I have kept going is that the other locations prepare delicious concretes with a fair amount oftoppings. If you want to wait forever and not get what you paid for, then you?ll like this location. Otherwise, I would go toDairy Queen, Sonic, or Andy?s in Gallatin. Read more
Delicious, well made fast food with great smoothies. The service was awesome and the restaurant was very clean.
Culver's is all around a great restaurant. I always order the shrimp dinner everything is super fresh and we'll made. And the... staff is super friendly. They have so many options for milkshakes and malts! Read more
