Allergy friendly?the menu advertised vegan and dairy free options. As the parent of a son with a dairy allergy, we do not often... order food for him when we are out because of the fear of cross contamination. The employee was fantastic about explaining theavailable products and showing that she was using all new utensils to prepare his ice cream. The ice cream was also deliciousand there was lots of interesting flavor options! I had the French Coco, which had a fresh macaroon in it. Read more

Probably the most expensive boba tea I've had, but also probably one the worst ones I've had. The straws they gave me were way... too narrow for the boba, and the bobas were stuck together. Not too much else to say about this place. I would never recommendthis place to anybody who want boba tea because there are plenty of better boba tea places in the area. Read more

There are quite a bit variety of dessert, ice cream and shakes. Quality is okay. They add 18% surcharge to the bill. Then they... present you to the tip screen. Very sly in my opinion. I don't mind leaving good tip at all but if they force it into the bill Ihave a problem with that. I won't be craving no more. Read more

I had tried Crave down in Franklin about a year ago and it was good. When it came to Hendersonville (where I live) - I was... excited to give it another go! My daughter came home from school talking excitingly about it and wanting to give it a try. Wewent last week and upon entering, I was greatly disappointed. The inside of the building looks like a dump. The paint is sloppyand peeling and the decor looks like something from a fun house. It was as if someone hurried pretty quickly to get the storeopened. The customer service was very sub par and the price of a small rolled ice cream was $5.00! I wanted to turn around andwalk out but didn?t want to disappoint my daughter. As the guy printed out the receipt for me to sign - I noticed an additional?service charge? added to the price on top of sales tax. When I asked him about it - he told me he couldn?t raise the prices ofhis products and that this was included to basically ?offset? his additional costs. I was pretty upset! The ice cream itselfwas good ? not a WOW but a different good texture. I don?t know why it?s so expensive considering it took one cube of sugar andsome dry ice to make it. My daughter really liked it and we made a good memory but I would definitely not recommend this place. Read more

Just fruit syrup with very few bubbles in the bubble tea... Charged 18% for service charge and then added automatic tip. So we... were charged $23.50 for two bubble teas that weren't even good. Don't waste your time and money. Read more

Love this place! Been here numerous times. Had the Turkish coffee and a blueberry macaron. Never had a blueberry one, it was so... good! The ice cream rolls are awesome as well, just did not get them this visit. Read more

I came here each week because my kid enjoyed the ice cream. Their Boba is usually too big for the straw and they are cheap with... the boba. Usually I would have to make sure the cashier doesnt enter in their own tips, they tried to be slick twice! This weekthey started to add a 18% service fee on top of tax. I?m done with this place.
