First time here. What an amazing place! The service was fantastic and the food was great! It is pricey. Bank on $30 per... person plus tip but well worth it. In my opinion it's better than "the other place" so far. I'll definitely be back a fewtimes and update on who the winner is. Today Carrabba's is in the lead. Read more
I originally had a birthday party planned for another restaurant for my daughter?s birthday however the restaurant gave our time... to another large party leaving us scrambling. My partner walked into Carrabba?s, spoke with the Manager on Duty and she had useseated within 20 minutes. I was so grateful for this! The service was absolutely exceptional. I have worked in food for 12years, most of those were served as a GM. So I understand how difficult this industry is but these employees went above andbeyond for my last minute gathering. Nasty experience with cashier supervisor, my visa card was decline by their sytem, is an international visa this issue happens... sometimes in some places, but it can be solved like typing manually the debit card number, she was not able todo that, Is notcustomer fault !! Was a great visit the service we had was on the spot. Dishes did not overlap and timing was impeccable. The food was great as... well, will definitely visit again. Wish the Vodka sauce was a little more bold, seemed a little thin. The calamari was crunchyand overcooked a bit. Read more

I ordered through Doordash because I work 12hr shifts and am not allowed to leave to get food. I noticed my dasher stayed at the... restaurant for a while. Let me also mention, I work approximately 3 miles from Hendersonville Carrabba?s location. When Ireceived my food, it was absolutely inedible! I ordered the Classics Trio and the food looked as if it was days old. The chickenparmesan was black. The lasagna felt chilled, not room temperature but chilled. I paid $42 for this meal and I didn?t eat onecrumb of it. It was nasty, old, cold and burnt. The alfredo had no alfredo sauce. I was beyond disappointed!!! I contactedCarrabba?s about this because I?ve experienced this type of thing before at this same location (not to this extent) and in thepast, Carrabba?s made it right and they sent a replacement to me via delivery made by one of their employees. Yesterday when Icontacted them, they passed me around to speak to multiple different employees at the restaurant and every single one of themacted as if I was being an inconvenience to them. I reached out to corporate and no word back yet. All this to say, don?t wasteyour money (or time). This was the nastiest meal I think I?ve ever been served and I guarantee that the employees who ?made? myorder, wouldn?t sit down and eat the same meal themselves.
