Love this place! Always great food and excellent servers! We had the yellow curry with fresh rolls and everything was great! ... The bartenders are excellent and very helpful! They have a beer selection second to none. It?s unbelievable how many varietiesof brews they keep in hand. They are always rotating and changing their offerings to keep it fun! Hands down best pho in town. Waiters are super nice and conversational. You can't beat their beer selection. Cocktails are... delightful. The hours are a little weird and the price makes it more of a special occasion, but if I ever need to take someonesomewhere nice, this is it! I'm very sad I'll be moving away from this restaurant. The pho is just too good! The brownie dessertis definitely big enough for two people to share and it, alongside some coffee, is the best way to finish a meal here. Read more

Not sure what happened to this place. Blossom used to be an incredible dining experience but not so much anymore. The waitress... didn't get our drink order, we waited over 40 minutes for our food, the appetizers were sub par when they were always good inthe past. When we did get our food, it was great but certainly not worth the wait or the excess price. Another thing, they sayis that there is a military discount but only for active duty. This is a cheap way of saying "we care but we don't." There areprobably less than 500 people stationed here. Apparently, they don't care about retirees. Complete disappointment and won't beback. The pho here is out of this WORLD. My partner and I have tried many different places for pho, and this is by far the best. The... broth is rich in flavor, the toppings are fantastic and the fried tofu was just perfect. Will be coming back for more! Read more

Highly recommend! From the beer, to the food, to the cocktail list, I couldn't find something not to like! You can tell they... use fresh ingredients and that everything is made from scratch. It was so delicious and fresh. The beer list is fantastic! Theyhave a lot of TN beer options, but also a lot of other unique options from other national breweries. The service was great! Theservers were busy and hustling, but we never felt neglected. I can't wait to go back and eventually try the whole menu. Read more
