I had never been here before but some co-workers and I placed a large to-go order. When I arrived they were noticeably busy but... everyone was SO friendly. They double checked my order and even added in some extras. Everything was packaged nicely and thefood was great. We stopped in purely by chance to grab a quick bite and get out of the rain during the Apple Festival, in the hope the rain... works subside before we were done. Best dang sammich shop we've been in for quite some time...!! Wife had the French Dip, Momhad the tuna salad sammich, and I had the David something, a turkey and roast beef on rye. This is a great lunch spot on 3rd Ave just off Main St. In Hendersonville. This is the Mile Marker sandwich with a cookie, chips... and fruit. It was delicious, and no, I couldn't eat it all! They are also hosting a benefit for Homes for Youth on June 16th.Drop by and have spaghetti for a good cause! Read more
The reuben sandwich was great. They're potato salad had chopped green pepper and yellow peppers giving it an interesting flavor.... The wife had the BLT with an emphasis on the bacon. Great service even though it was very busy. Highly recommend. Read more
My fiance and I were walking around downtown and saw this place on a side street. We walked down and noticed the huge menu in... the window so we decided to give it a try. Wow! The service was excellent and the food came out fast, there are tons and tons ofmenu items and both of us thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches. The owner came out to say hi, the weather was beautiful. Really wecouldn't have asked for a better lunch. We will definitely be back soon!! Read more
I enjoyed a wonderful lunch here yesterday. I had a chicken salad sandwich and the best potato soup that I have ever had. My... friend had a yummy Greek salad with chicken. The service was not only warm and friendly, but our order was out incredibly fast,it was accurate and best of all delicious. When I told one of the owners how much I loved the soup she surprised me with acomplimentary to go order of it to enjoy later! That was so kind of her! The owners both mingled with patrons and ensured thateveryone was happy. I definitely give them all thumbs up. Restrooms were clean, and the dining area was nice and clean, fromdirty tables.
