Every home town should have a diner like this! Definitely a "locals place." I went in craving a good cheeseburger and I got it!... The burger patty was seasoned, juicy with crispy edges. The deluxe comes with lettuce, tomato, onion & mayo. You can get all theway with chilli & onions too. The young lady at the register was super friendly. Around 630pm and they were fairly busy. Themenu is huge & prices are cheap! After your meal you can walk around next door to the ice cream shop. I feel so lucky to livenear a family friendly diner like this. Everyone knows everyone and if you don't you'll still feel at home. The gentleman nextto me even offered to pay for my meal! Thank you kind sir! I will definitely be back to order what he got...a barbecue plate asthey look so delicious and many sides to choose from. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure someone is keeping up withwiping down the tables! Read more
Food was okay... Prices are decent. Not very clean. Friendly service. You can eat in or outside. I do not recommend the BBQ. The... sauce has a very unique flavor. However, the chili dog w/everything was good. (P.s. the dogs are boiled.) Your run of the millcheaper diner food. Go to see the old props. It was nice to be able to eat outside. The wait was absolutely terrible! We got our food after an hour and they were just bbq sandwiches. The woman taking our order... was coughing all over the counter without a mask on, then proceeded to touch the counter then the drinks. The sliced porksandwich was dry and I never got my coleslaw. The prices are decent but, overall, not worth the wait or service. Read more
This is a must stop if you are in Hendersonville. I had the BBQ pulled pork plate with slaw, fries, toast, hush puppies, and... beans. This is lots of food. The BBQ with their special sauce and the slaw with nice but unique flavor are to write home about.The rest was well prepared but more ordinary. Then I had the raspberry chocolate chip ice cream. This is a great stop. Theatmosphere is unique as well with lots of memorabilia on the walls. Check it out! Oh and the staff are friendly and efficient. Read more
Stopped in on a Saturday evening for a quick meal. Staff was friendly with everyone. Loved her love of TN. Burger and hit dog... were good. Grabbed ice cream before we left. Yum! Read more
