The food was amazing and the service was exceptional! The sweetest couple owns this little truck with a permanent spot in... Hendersonville on Spartanburg Hwy. They were quick to get on it and so nice during my wait! The Quesabirria was soooooo good!!The pico was fresh and the consume was authentic! 10/10 recommend! Always friendly and helpful when ordering. I usually have the brillia tacos but today I had the chicken torta (sandwich). My... wife had the brillia quesadia. Bottom line is everything I have tried is excellent and fresh. Plenty of parking and a couple ofpicnic table under tent to eat on. Read more

Lila and Salvatore provided a fantastic meal at our daughter?s wedding in Saluda from Molka GT on wheels! ! All the guests... raved about the food and they were so gracious to work with us planning it from out of town! My daughters favorite meal istacos and she wanted a food truck at her reception! One of my concerns when moving to North Carolina from Arizona was finding good, authentic Hispanic food. So glad I found this... place. The birria tacos are absolutely fantastic and the beef consume has a wonderful depth of flavor. I've been twice now,and both times the service was excellent and friendly.
