This place was an awesome experience. I arrived with high expectations, and they were exceeded. The steak was among the best... I've ever had. My bourbon cocktail was out of this world. The wine pairing my server recommended was truly well matched withthe meal. And speaking of the server, she was the perfect balance of attentive without hovering. But the best part was theview. Some of the best food I've ever had. Perfect portions, perfectly cooked. Small menu works in their favor. My partner and I both... got the salmon, and normally I hate skin-on salmon because it tastes way too fishy, but the fish was served skin side down andstill managed to be so crispy it shattered. The fish just melted and flaked so nicely. Pork belly isn't really my thing becauseI hate fat on my meat, but my partner wanted to try it, and the fat was so beautifully rendered that we didn't feel the need tocut it off. On their own, the grits lacked seasoning, BUT when you eat them together with the pork and the sauce, it's adelicious bite. Sauces were delicious (peach sauce on the pork and pesto on the salmon) and all the garnishes enhanced thedishes instead of making them pretentious. Elevations Chophouse left a lasting impression with our entire group and a month later we still can't stop talking about it! My... husband and I had our wedding reception dinner at Elevations Chophouse and our expectations were far exceeded. We had a groupof 14 people and we ordered dishes including the 8oz filet, 20oz coffee rubbed ribeye, airline chicken and the fish special andevery single person commented that it was one of, if not the best meal we've ever had. To go along with the incredible food(and views) was the impressive service. Our waiter, Mark made us feel at home and even was so kind as to provide somebackground on the hotel and grounds and how it came to be the hotel & resort it is today. Mark was accompanied by anotherwaiter and it was actually his first night on the job. He was also wonderful and very attentive. You can tell the staff trulycare about your experience. My only regret is that we didn't eat there each night we were in town! We are looking forward toreturning! Read more

We had a wonderful experience at Elevations. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The food was some of the best I've had in a... long time. I would highly recommend the Shrimp and Grits, the shrimp were huge!! You have to save room for the Banana BreadFoster... trust me, it is fantastic!! Read more

My wife and I have been to Elevations Chophouse at Skylaranna multiple times and have had nothing but an excellent experience... each time. Food is outstanding and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Steaks are melt in your mouth amazing andcocktails prepared by Zach are very tasty! Attached a couple pics from one of our visits. I have read a few reviewscriticizing the acoustics and that it is just too loud. We felt this way too as it was a bit difficult to hear your companyover the competing conversations. However, I can confirm that the owners have addressed the issue by installing a number ofaesthetically pleasing acoustic absorbing panels throughout the restaurant as we dined there this past Friday (10/2/20). Thepanels make a huge difference in the acoustics which makes for a very pleasant dining experience. I highly encourage anyone whowas displeased by the acoustics in the past to dine with Elevations again...you will notice the difference. Cheers! Read more
