Wow. Immediate friendly service when you walk in the door. That's followed by lots of menu info and recommendations. We each... ordered salads.... For my wife, the house salad with mixed greens and blue cheese. She loved the dressing! For me, the Caesar,which also had great dressing. Turns out, all dressings are made in house. Actually, I skipped something.... Everything ismade in house, including the bread. So, that came out first. Little baguette slices that were toasted with a butter/cinnamonsauce with herbs and finely chopped carrots. Amazing. So, for the main course, we split the Halibut special. Very tastyhalibut with a crab mixture on top, garnished with asparagus, and served over wild rice with a delicious cheesy sauce. Overall,very impressive, and that's coming from a super picky fish eater. We'll be back on numerous occasions. Read more
Nothing shy of extraordinary! Not only was the food absolutely delicious, the service & atmosphere was top quality. Our server,... Trish, was AMAZING! She went back to the kitchen three separate times for us to answer questions & make accommodations for ourfood due to allergies!! We were looking for a special restaurant for a very special occasion and chose Brandy's on Main to celebrate our 45th... Anniversary. We couldn't have been happier with our selection! The food was excellent, our waitress was super friendly andattentive, and the atmosphere, especially the sound of live piano music playing in the background, made for a very romanticevening. Their food is just amazing! We reserved a table for a party of four, walked in a few minutes early and we were immediately... seated at our table and they were busy! At other restaurants, I'm so used to having to still wait even when you reserve a table,so I was already impressed. The ambiance is so cozy and relaxing and they even had an amazing piano player! Our waiter wasfantastic as well. The bartender made great drinks, especially old fashions! They were perfect! The food couldn't have beenbetter. Honestly. It was our anniversary and we normally drive out to Ruth's Chris, but Brandy's put them to shame! We've foundour new go to place for special occasions! Read more
This place is awesome. I think I would rate it in my top 3 best restaurants I have had the pleasure of dining at. The wait staff... was experienced and knew everything about each dish we asked about. Found this place walking around town. Had to wait a few minutes till they opened up. Got a very comfortable booth in the back... with pillows. Great for a couple of seniors who'd been hiking all day. I LOVE French onion soup and escargot. I don't findit too often but when I do I order it. Their's was exceptional. The escargot was cooked differently and beyond yummy. Soup hadthe perfect broth.
