We ordered to go meal for our family for convenience. Upon arriving home we discovered we were missing an entire meal. I called... the restaurant and they said the food was there. I drove back to the store to get the food left off the order. When I askedfor the fries the staff said the fries were in the first bag I picked up and rolled their eyes when I corrected them and ask forthe fries again. There was no apology and the manager did not come out. Also, one of the burgers was almost raw. So, I endedup eating a microwaved take out meal and spent an extra 30 minutes in a car to get my food. Pendant light with a clear bulb over the booth made us feel like we were in an interrogation. We were not assigned a wait person... after being seated so had a long wait...finally was able to flag a waitress who was helpful despite us not being in her section.Food was not impressive, over salted, heavy on the pepper. Inflation reduction! Have always thought that Applebee's served a great cheeseburger but the one I got yesterday was really... lacking - the burger was so thin you could almost see through it. They pile on the lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion to makeit look like you're getting a thick, juicy burger. Once you bite into it you see how thin the burger is - you could barelytaste it. I guess they're thinning out the patty so they don't have to raise the prices. Would have been better off atWendy's. Read more

Nick the manager my wife says has been there since my wife was a kid growing up in Hendersonville. It definitely shows here!... Great food, busy but smooth-flowing. This is the best Applebees I?ve personally been to. The cook made everything we ordered to perfection and the waitress (Amber)... we had was the best one I?ve ever had. Go to some places at a slow time and service or food can be mediocre at best. Not here! From my first greeting at the door, to... my server, Brittany, who was terrific (will be requesting her at my next visit), to the kitchen staff who didn't mindcustomizing my salad.The salad was large, fresh and beautifully plated.
