3rd time going here and this is the 3rd time the wings were barely cooked throughly. We ask for "well done" wings every time we... order. I am assuming these employees are illiterate because the wings are not even crispy. This is the worst wingstop in EastTexas. I live in Troup and will make the extra drive to Tyler for wingstop because they throughly know what they are doing. Hopethe henderson location closes down so something better can be brought in. Both mangers Katie and Yulissa gained up on me the customer after I requested a refund due to Katie taking my order down wrong... over the phone my husband told her it wasn?t right she said she read the entire order back to me over the phone which was a LIEand that I said Yes If she would?ve read the order back I would?ve caught the errors. I would like to brag on your employee Ramon, he has highly exceptional customer service skills, he was very knowledgeable of the... menu and was able to assist on a question I had! He offered me other options. I also saw how well he assisted other customers ontheir orders and he always kept a smile very polite young man! I would recommended some type of incentive/raise for his workethic. I have ordered plenty of times at this location and he has provided the best ordering experience by far! Read more
I'm going tbh there's been few times I been up there at nights and had a really bad experience first you have nothing but young... teens running that store they just talking inappropriate and two of female employees are sitting with this young man whichthey were talking so loud that's one of the girls bf I seen them how purposely they ignored two phone calls and didn't puck upuntil the 3rd time and then the girl that picked up the phone couldn't answer the questions the customer and ask theemployee that was with her bf sitting down if she could help her and said no I'm on break I doubt they take 30 min breaks that's just really sad worst wing stop ever been to childish n mist importantly they didn't put my Louisiana hot rub in mywings they were dry just pls save your money they need new management asap if not I give another year or two before they shutdown Read more
I made an order online for 100 wings, total was $75. Order was suppose to be done by 4:15, I walked in at 4:11 and they... literally said, I forgot. They weren?t busy, they were standing around doing nothing. There were two bags already done on thecounter that belonged to someone else, and they stood there and looked at me and said they forgot my order. I left, I don?t havetime to wait for 100 wings to be cooked. That?s why I ordered in advance. Such a disappointing experience for the very firsttime ever walking into this store. This ain?t it. Chicken undercooked. I called at 1030pm a girl told me they where closed. I walked in at 1032p and placed my... order. Wingstop closes at 11pm. I wished I would have just taken her word because the chicken was still cold in the middle and Ino Louisiana rub or spicy Korean.
