Bodacious BBQ well you'd be hard-pressed to get better brisket. But what I enjoy about this location is they go out of their way... to make sure that someone with a gluten allergy does not get poison. If you're a fan of red meat or if you have an allergy youwon't regret paying them a visit. Read more
I ordered the brisket lean. It is excellent. Robust flavor and ample portions. The pork ribs have plenty of meat and have good... flavor as well. There's a nice rub on them and very very little sauce. You can add that yourself. Speaking of, there's only onesauce which has a nice smoky, tangy flavor. It's quite good. The potato salad is excellent, which I don't find very often. Thebaked beans are reminiscent of charro beans and not really baked beans per se. They're good but the least impactful thing on theplate. This is a well known BBQ restaurant in East Texas. Its not bad, but not the best I have had either. BBQ can be pretty... expensive, but I expected a little more for the price. The atmosphere is nice and the people are great. Worth the stop if youare in town. Certainly, quality is on par with other BBQs in the area. Read more
